I posted previously about the book description for the next book in Mick Herron’s Slough House series and it looks like it might now have a title.
According to Amazon and Barnes and Noble the next book is titled – Slough House.
It’s a title that’s appropriately full circle from the first novel Slow Horses, which is of course a nickname for Slough House. No cover revealed yet but I would imagine it will look similar in style to what we’ve seen for the past few books.
Early listings can tend to be a bit dodgy, but this title would make sense, especially with the new AppleTV+ tv series, SLOW HORSES, looking to premiere sometime in early 2021, COVID-19 notwithstanding.
Slough House by Mick Herron is scheduled for release on February 9th, 2021.
Just reread this and was struck by how many nods to the first book there are – the slow horses going dark and meeting at Blake’s grave, Syd re-emerging, low-key Louisa Guy and of course the fate of Struan and Kay. I wonder if this might have been intended as a last book in the series. Glad it’s not though!
