It’s rather ironic that your excellent Barbican Station podcast is in fact longer than the 4thepisode itself, which was only 39 minutes!

  2. When I was reading the book I was deeply hoping the show was going to keep the paint scene as it is a great setup for humor and side plot.

I really wish the counter scene with Shirley and Catherine was closer to the book, but when reading the book I was thinking this scene would be a large lift with three settings / locations as the scene progresses. A scene closer to the book may have added 6 to 9 minutes, which would have been a bit too much time. But, it would have been so good, (I think).
